We are using the getXML function to dump content of objects to XML to be processed in one of our integrations. This worked fine so far with several Doors installations, but now for one particular customer the call is failing: <Line:41> An unexpected error has occurred: doors.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module doors.exe at 0000000097AC658C Running the command with same data in our Doors installation does work fine.
Anybody experienced similar issues with the undocumented getXML function? Any hint what could be causing this, could there be a relation to Doors Web Access?

Regards, Mike Hi Mike, thank you so much for the quick answer, I am pretty sure that's the problem. Just have to wait for the US colleagues to get up and verify 9.6.x is 9.6.10 indeed.

Re: Problems with getXML function Customer is using 9.6.1.9 which is a version affected by the bug. Thanks again. |
